Pricing/Plan
Here at Arizona building group, we are here to help you with all your building needs. We want to make sure that you have the best experience you can when starting this exciting project. We are family owned and operated. The owner Chris has lived in Arizona his entire life and understands each part of the valley. We are honest and straight forward with how we do business. We will treat you with respect and dignity. We are a little different than most builders as we offer different ways to do a project. We understand project can be very over whelming and difficult. Each project is different, and each client is different in the way they want to do a job. Therefore, we want to be up front with you so that there are no surprises. If you have any question, please feel free to contact us.
Hourly for online help
For video conferencing vis skype, teams, etc. You can show me your project via video and ask me questions about a future job or current one. You can send me pics or show me what you need help with, and I can answer any questions you may have. It can be as simple as asking how to fix something or repair something, I can help with questions regarding anything in the building process residential or commercial. If I can’t answer their questions you will not be charged. I can take this payment upfront via Zelle.
Hourly for onsite help
$100 hour (1 hour min) we can discuss project before I go to jobsite to make sure I can help them (no charge). We will only travel in Maricopa country and surrounding cities about 30 miles from central phoenix. Drive time is part of hourly. I can walk their jobsite and check for any issues or help with questions they may have on their project.
Cost Plus services
we can help design and build any project residential or commercial. We will charge 20% above labor and materials. This will be the cheapest way to build a custom home or industrial building. This is the most honest way of doing business. You will see exactly what subs are charging and what materials cost and the 20% fee will be added to project costs paid out monthly or whenever there is a draw. By using this method, you will get everything at cost using my vendors or we can use vendors of your choice. This process makes it easier for any infield changes to the budget whether it goes up or down. This is straight forward way for building with no surprise billings or costs.
Estimated Build
We will submit a full estimated cost to build your custom home or industrial building. We will give you an estimate based on our conversation of what you are wanting done with your project. We will give you allowance costs for each trade based on your design. This method can go up or down depending on changes made in the field as your project is started.
